Notice of the Tofino Co-op Annual General Meeting and Director Election 

The Tofino Consumers Co-operative Association will hold its Annual General Meeting on September 18th, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion, upstairs.

Director Elections:

• Four director positions are up for election.

• All director nominations must be submitted to the Tofino Co-op Administration by 10:00 PM on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024.
  

Please Note:

• Candidates for election must meet the criteria set forth in Rule #76 of the Tofino Consumers Co-operative Association’s Rules and Regulations. This information is included in the candidate nomination package.

• Due to advance voting, we request candidates to provide a one-page bio to be included in the AGM information packages to assist with member voting.

• Nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the Annual General Meeting, as per Rule #79.

• No proxy votes are allowed.
  

Advance Voting:

• Advance voting will take place from September 11th to September 18th, 2024 5:00pm
  

• Starting Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, members can pick up their advance voting and information packages from the Tofino Co-op Administration Office and vote by secret ballot at the Administration Office.

• Advance voting will close at 5:00 PM on September 18th, 2024.
